4x6 Fanfold Thermal Labels – 500 Pack, 100x150mm White Shipping Labels for Zebra & Thermal Printers

These iSOUL 4x6 Fanfold Thermal Labels are built for online sellers, small businesses, and warehouse despatch teams who need reliable, high-volume label printing without the hassle of ink, toner, or roll management.

Each pack contains 500 white labels measuring 100mm × 150mm — the standard 4-inch by 6-inch format accepted by Royal Mail Click & Drop, Evri, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Etsy, and FedEx. No resizing or reformatting required; print and stick.

The fanfold (Z-fold) format means the label stack loads flat into your printer tray and feeds through in a smooth, uninterrupted sequence — ideal for high-volume despatch runs. And because these are direct thermal labels, there is no ink, toner, or ribbon at any stage. The heat-sensitive coating reacts directly to your printer head, producing crisp barcodes, QR codes, and clear address text every time.

The permanent adhesive bonds firmly to poly mailing bags, cardboard boxes, corrugated packaging, and jiffy envelopes. Labels stay put from the packing bench to the customer's door.

Why Choose These Labels?

• Fanfold format — stacks flat and feeds continuously; no roll to mount, manage, or dispose of
• Direct thermal printing — no ink, toner, or ribbon required; lower running costs and zero cartridge changes
• Strong permanent adhesive — bonds to poly bags, cardboard boxes, jiffy envelopes, and corrugated surfaces
• Smudge- and fade-resistant print surface — barcodes and addresses stay clear and scannable from despatch to delivery
• Standard 4x6" / 100x150mm size — the default format for Royal Mail, Evri, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify Shipping, and FedEx; no reformatting needed
• 500 labels per pack at £6.99 — under 2p per label; keeps despatch costs low without compromising quality

Compatible Printers

Works with all major direct thermal label printers including Zebra, MUNBYN, Rollo, POLONO, IDPRT, Toshiba, Datamax, SATO, Eltron, and Intermec. If your printer uses direct thermal technology (no ribbon), these labels are compatible.
