Fanfold Label Pack of 10, 4x6" Direct Thermal Labels - 500 Per Pack | 100x150mm | Shipping Label | Address Labels
Direct Thermal Printer 4X6 Labels 100mm x 150mm White Fanfold Permanent Adhesive Shipping Labels Compatible with Etsy, Shopify, Ebay, Amazon, Royal Mail, FedEx 500 Labels
Equip your fulfilment centre or small business with professional‑grade shipping labels that print crisp barcodes and stay put through transit. These white 4 × 6 inch fanfold labels (100 × 150 mm) come neatly stacked for continuous printing, eliminating roll changes and reducing downtime. Each stack contains 500 labels with a durable top‑coated surface and a high‑tack adhesive that adheres securely to boxes, poly mailers and envelopes. Designed for direct thermal printers, they require no ink or ribbon, saving time and money.
Key Features
- Standard 4 × 6 inch size – Perfect for shipping labels, barcode tags and inventory management. Each label measures 100 × 150 mm and is separated by a small 1/8‑inch gap to ensure clean, tear‑free separation.
- Fanfold convenience – Labels are stacked accordion‑style rather than on a roll. This design provides twice as many labels per stack and cuts reloading time in half. It also saves storage space and allows unattended, continuous printing – ideal for high‑volume operations.
- Durable top‑coated paper – Bright white matte stock produces sharp, smudge‑free images and barcodes. The labels are BPA‑ and BPS‑free and have a one‑year shelf life.
- Permanent emulsion acrylic adhesive – A high‑tack adhesive sticks firmly to cardboard, plastic and poly mailers so labels stay intact through sorting and shipping. The adhesive performs across a wide temperature range (−75 °F to 200 °F) and applies down to 25 °F.
- Ink‑ and ribbon‑free printing – Direct thermal material darkens when heated, so there’s no need for ink or toner cartridges. This reduces consumable costs and maintenance while delivering reliable, high‑speed prints.
- Perforated for easy tear‑off – Perforations between each label allow quick separation without curling.
- Broad printer compatibility – Works with popular desktop and industrial direct thermal printers, including Zebra, MUNBYN, Rollo, TSC, Toshiba, Citizen, Eltron, Brother, Orion, Arkscan, MFLABEL, Immuson, BESTEASY, Sato, Intermec, Datamax and Printronix. Also fits IDPRT SP410 and POLONO PL60 models.
- E‑commerce ready – Compatible with shipping and postage platforms such as Royal Mail (Click & Drop, RM24, RM48), Hermes, DPD, UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx, USPS, SendPro and Parcel2Go. Print labels for marketplaces and storefronts like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, PayPal and WooCommerce.

Nice large roll with a good amount of labels, works well and adhesive is fine to on the parcels. Works well with all thermal printers as I have 2 and works great.
🧻10x15cm roll of thermal labels🧻500 labels per roll - great value for money🧻Prints well with my thermal printer with good quality printing🧻Perfect size for address labels for deliveries with most major delivery systems
This roll of thermal self adhesive labels are good quality and well made. They print clearly using a thermal printer and are perfect for address/postage labels. They're easy to use and have strong adhesive too.
These 4x6" shipping labels from ISOUL work very well. The print quality is very good, the adhesion is also very good and they're set at a fair price. I usually buy fan fold, but since using these on the roll I've found everything runs through much more smoothly and so they've now become my go to style. Happy to recommend.
This product was sent to me to review, as part of Amazon Vine. Below is my own real-world experience of using it.I was particularly drawn to it, because I have recently acquired a 4x6 thermal label printer, so the roll was a perfect fit. I feel that the size also provides good value for money. It was compatible with my machine, and I had no issues with the print quality. Tearing off each sticker was easy, thanks to the well-defined perforation at either end. As I use all of my labels for shipping purposes, I attempted to stick one on to a cardboard box, which it adhered to well, with no air bubbles or peeling. In summary, a useful item for the home office.
There are 500 labels *4”x6” on this roll of iSOUl Thermal Printer Labels which will fit a wide variety of thermal printers including the one I have. The labels are smudge and fade resistant and made of a decent quality paper and the barcodes and text comes out very clear with no smudges or scratches. The labels peel off quite easily from their backing. They are ideal for the return and postage barcoded labels I need to print. I like how strong the glue is on the label as it stops me worrying about the label coming off in transit. These are really handy for all types of letters and parcels and will make e-commerce so much easier and more eco-friendly than using full sized sheets in a non-thermal printer that you have to cut to size.
Very good came in 2 days

As someone who prints a lot of address/postal labels, this roll of labels work perfectly in my thermal printer. The adhesion is good and the print quality achieved is fine. They do the job I need them to do. The fact that you get 500 labels on the roll for this price makes them very good value for money.

These 4*6 labels are amazing!!!They work perfectly with my printer and are great quality labelsThey work fine. They stick very well on all sorts of surfaces, and the print quality of crisp and bold.No complaints at all.
This large roll of thermal postal labels work well with both makes of my thermal printers, Phomemo and Mynbyn. The prints are clear and do not scratch or wipe off when wet and the labels are good and adhesive on cardboard boxes. The post office has no problems scanning the postal labels created on these labels.
I’m very happy with these thermal labels. The print quality is clear no problem when dispatching this at the couriers. These also stick down well as well. Overall no problems with these and they were perfect for my needs.Hope you found my review helpful.
Used with a Zebra printer (great printer).Text and graphics print are sharp, and there is a good darkness to the blacks.Tried these labels on plastic mailing bags and cardboard boxes.Stuck well to both. Easy to tear off and fairly priced. Can recommend
Fitted perfectly my new thermal printer, good quality print at all image sizes and this is a good size for postage labels . Adhesive has strong grip and strongly adheres to most packing materials, good product In a value size of labels.
I'm pleased to say it worked like a charm on my label printer. The prints were amazingly crisp, just as they should be on any label paper. The price is definitely a good value, and I'd recommend it to anyone needing reliable label paper.
These labels fits directly to our thermal direct label printer.,Each label prints and comes out smoothly. The label's quality is good and the adhesive is strong. It works out cheaper with this value pack than buying directly from other sellers
These thermal labels are just the job. The adhesive is strong, print is clear and they peel well. The labels are also strong and do not rip easily but will stick strongly to packages. The perforated ends make it easy to tear each label off without the need for scissors. Absolutely no complaints about this product.
These replacement thermal printer labels have been working great on my little printer. It's a great size roll, they have as good definition as any I've used before, and they stick well to my packages. I got the roll which I think is better value than the fan fold version, but to be honest when you work out what it is per label they are pretty good whatever version you get.Couldn't really ask for more.
I’m delighted with these labels.Print quality on them is good.Stick really wellAnd great value - I post out quite regularly but these 500 labels will still last me ages! (£6.39 at time of review)Would absolutely order again and happy to recommend
These are great. They print really well and are much easier to use than other brands which for some reason prefer to supply them fanfold. They are easy to peel and adhere well. The printing is very dark and even and the whole experience with these has been top-notch.Highly recommended
I like these a lot and I recommend them. The labels are as shown and described and the size is accurate. The labels have slightly rounded corners and they stick well. It is also useful that there are perforations on the roll between each label. These labels are designed for a printer but I use them without a printer and they are very useful and you can just write on them with a biro. The labels are on one large roll and the roll is about 11.5cm deep with the centre hole about 4cm diameter so if you want them for a printer it is worth checking they fit.
